Founder and Director of Fit4Tap Sue Hudson will teach 2 Fit4Tap classes over the week-end. Fit4Tap is a fun and funky Tap Dance Fitness Fusion! Learn Tap the fun way and keep fit whilst working out to the funky beat.  Fit4tap is a great alternative tap dance fitness class aimed at beginner or refresher tappers who want to learn to tap a beat with the added flavour of a cardio dance fitness work out. Fit4Tap brings the world of tap dance and fitness together in a fun and funky, non-intimidating environment… “Don’t just work it..Dig it!” no Tap shoes needed to try the signature Fit4Tap taster class – Dance Sneakers or gym trainers are suitable.  Beginner and Refresher Tappers Welcome!

Founder and Director of Inner Strength Lesley Sofflet will lead Barre and Yoga Flow classes over the week-end.  Barre incorporates simple ballet-inspired exercises, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and demi pointe here and there into the workout. Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.  This class is done in bare feet or non-slip socks. Yoga Flow is a Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates workout that is set to powerful uplifting music that builds flexibility & strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves & poses provides a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance, a perfect finish to the end of the day.
